Project Connect Network Initiative Grant
Key Leaders in Regions 7, 8 + 9
In each synod that develops a proposal for a Project Connect Network Initiative Grant (PCNI), three rostered Key Leaders will be identified and authorized by the Bishop for the process that plans for and implements the strategy for strengthening the ecology of call in their synod.
The responsibility of the Key Leaders will be to collaborate with one another to ensure that the following tasks are carried out by themselves and trusted colleagues throughout the leadership network of the synod: oversee the development of the PCNI proposal as part of an overall strategy for cultivating a strong ecology of call; assure that the PCNI is focused on young adults (age 18-30) as they discern vocation with particular support for those who are sensing call to public ministry; engage several partner ministries in the development and implementation of the PCNI; and demonstrate financial partnership and sustainability. For more information regarding the full responsibilities of Key Leaders click here.
