PROJECT CONNECT NETWORK INITIATIVES
The purpose of Project Connect Network Initiatives (PCNI) is to provide grants that encourage network and program building in support of the purpose and goals of Project Connect in constituent synods of the Eastern Cluster of Lutheran Seminaries (ECLS). The result will be a series of smaller networks which constitute a sustainable ecosystem that delivers theologically sound vocational discernment programs and accompanies young adults as they discern vocation, such that more gifted young people with a vocational commitment to congregational ministry enter seminary.

As of January 1, 2011, seven synods have submitted PCNI proposals that have been approved.
